If you are not completely happy with your IPTV subscription or face an issue that makes the system unusable, we are more than willing to offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Subject: “Refund Request”
- Order ID: Provide your transaction order ID.
- Description: Describe the issue you’re experiencing and the reason for the refund request.
In some cases, we may require proof of the issue, and we will provide our own supporting evidence to better explain our decision and maintain transparency.
Refund Conditions:
Please note the following conditions:
- Technical Issues Resolution:
We will not issue refunds for technical issues unless we have had the opportunity to resolve them first. If we are unable to fix the issue within 48 hours, we will proceed with a refund. - Refund Period:
Refunds can only be processed within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. - Processing Time:
Refunds, especially those paid via credit card, usually take between 20 to 31 business days to be returned to your bank account. In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for the delays in this process, as the payment processor handles all refund requests. - Partial Refunds:
If your purchase was made more than 72 hours ago, we will provide a partial refund based on the period of service you have already used. Our team will contact you for all refund-related matters.
Important Notes:
- Support for Setup: Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to set up your device or IPTV system correctly. We will assist you with the setup, following pre-defined configuration steps.
- Freezing or Buffering Channels: Occasionally, channels may freeze or buffer. This is typically a temporary issue and may be caused by:
- Internet fluctuations.
- Issues with your device or app setup.
- Problems with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Server-side downtime or maintenance.
- Customer-initiated server changes.
Our team is continuously working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by the above reasons unless the issue persists for more than 48 hours due to server-related problems on our end.
Extended Downtime:
If you are unable to access your IPTV subscription for 48+ hours due to a server issue or any other problems on our part, we will either:
- Fully refund your package price.
- Add the lost time to your subscription, plus additional compensation, which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
